• We are looking for our next Pupil Parliament representative

  If you have a child in year 4 or 5 then you could encourage them to be our next Burnley Pupil Parliament representative for our school! We are looking for someone who is confident meeting new people and will be able to share their ideas. This is an exciting opportunity to participate in projects that will make Burnley a better place to live. To be considered, children need to produce a manifesto to be handed in to Miss Wilkinson by Thursday 6th February 2014. Good Luck everybody!

• Jakaria visits County Hall

  Jakaria had a very important visit to Preston County Hall today where he was able to take part in the Children and Young People's Plan and offer his ideas within this consultation. He met children from schools in Lancaster and Morecambe and took part in various activities which helped him understand what it is like to be a councillor and about children's right to a voice in decision making.
