Step one: read through 'The Snargets' story introduction.

Step two: read through your introduction part of the plan.

This can be found on Seesaw.

Step three: use the 'Snarget' introduction and your plan to help you write your own.

Look at Miss Hall's example below to help.

She looked at her plan to help her write.

One afternoon, Barney’s Grandmother asked, “Why don’t you go out and get some fresh spring air, Barney? I will be able to clean the house. ”

Barney stood and looked out of the window. He saw lilies and daffodils blooming near the copse while the gentle breeze made them sway. The weather wasn’t particularly great but it was better than being indoors listening to Grandma hoover.

“Granny, I will go out so that you can start your cleaning.”

Barney made for the copse. On the ground, he found a long, thin branch that he decided to use to whack the long grass in his path. As he came near the copse, he stopped hitting the grass and stood still. There were noises coming from the centre of the copse. Cautiously, he crept closer to the copse and peeped inside.
