LC: To write the opening to a story focusing on Clive King's novel features, dialogue and description of characters and settings.
Today, you will begin writing your innovated story based on Clive King's Snarget chapter from Stig of the Dump.
Your introduction must include:
-Granny's house and a period of time set
-Dialogue between Granny and Barney (showing standard English)
- Describe character and setting
(Barney's walk to the chalk pit/dump or any other familiar setting.)
You will use the 'Snarget' story introduction and the introduction part of your plan (on Seesaw) to help you.
