There will be 3 Walk of fame challenges throughout the year - Autumn, Spring and Summer

The Autumn challenge starts on Monday October 3rd and will finish on Monday October 31st.

The school with the highest engagement and most active trips recorded on the Travel tracker will top the leaderboard. The top schools will be announced at the start of November. The winning school will receive a certificate and a special celebration video to share in an assembly.

As we are currently at the top in Lancashire and 3rd in England, schools are going to try and beat us! 

Are we going to let that happen?

Whilst park and stride, cycle and scooter count as they are active journeys, it will be the number of children who are walking to school that will get our school to the top of both county and country leaderboards. So we need everyone to walk or park and stride to school every day in October!

For Park and stride, you need to walk at least 10 minutes after you have parked the car to make it fair for those children walking to school.

Monday 31st October marked the end of the Autumn WOW Walk of Fame Challenge and what a fantastic month it has been!

No, they are going to wrap up warm, just like you, to get their school to the top of the leaderboard!
