How do we know what will put an image into a readers mind?
By adding description via noun-phrases, adjectives and adverbs, the author can create a clear image of what is happening.
Your teacher will first read a passage from the book 'Our Teachers are Superheroes'.
Then, they will highlight all the parts that put an image into their heads.
What image has this created in your imagination?
You are going to continue to read this story.
You need to find any effective words/ phrase, that put a clear image into your head.
Record any effective phrases in your reading journal/blended learning books.
