Today we are going to think about the different groups we belong to.
What is a group?
A group is a number of individuals or things assembled together or having something in common.
What does to belong mean?
Watch this presentation to find out how we know we belong to a group.
Let's make a list of the different groups that we belong to:
Now, think about yourself. What groups do YOU belong to?
Make a list on the Purple Mash 2Do.
Choose one of the groups you belong to. On the Purple Mash 2Do, draw a picture of yourself in one of the groups. Do you wear special clothes when you are with that group? Remember to show yourself wearing them.
Now write about what you do when you are with that group.
Remember to save your work.
Now think about the future.
Are there any groups you think you might like to belong to, maybe from the list we made together or other groups that you know about?
