When we write about things for the past we might use sentence starters like:
Yesterday,
Last week,
Last month,
When I was a baby,
Here is my dairy entry
Last month, it was June.
Last week, I was happy with the children’s applications.
On Tuesday, I watched the football.
Yesterday it was sunny and I put sun cream on my face.
Now have a go at writing your own diary entry. You can use some of the time connectives in the example above.
