Listening Walk
Go on a local walk near your home 🏡 and listen to the sounds around you. Talk to your adult about what you can hear. You might hear something loud, you might hear something quiet. Listen carefully!👂
Listening Moment
Set a timer⏳for a minute and have a go at listening to the sounds in your home. Talk to your adult about what you can hear. You might want to draw a picture of these things. ✏
Drum Indoors
Make a drum by using a pot or pan and a wooden spoon. Take turns with your adult at beating your drum. Can you beat it fast? Can you beat it slow?
Drum Outdoors
Head outdoors with your adult and discover the sounds that you can make outside. You might want to beat a tree 🌳 or a wall 🧱. You might want tap your feet on the pavement or the grass. See what you can discover!
