What do you notice about how the children are organised?

If we group them into 10, it makes it easier to compare and tell which group has more and which has fewer children. 

Let’s do this one together. Use the words more or fewer to compare the toy soldiers.

Group A has fewer toy soldiers than Group B. 
 

Group B has more toy soldiers than Group A.
