LC: To solve word problems.

 

 

Today we are going to solve word problems.

 

Sometimes drawing a bar isn't the best way to understand the problem.

 

Read each problem carefully:

 

find the important information

 

Is drawing the bar model appropriate?

 

What is the calculation?


Solve it!

Remember to draw your bar model and write your jottings in your jotter.
