LC: To use a range of sources to ask valid questions to support an enquiry.
Today, we are going to be learning about the Vikings.
The word Viking means 'pirate raid' in Old Norse which is the language the Vikings used to speak.
Here are some primary sources that the Vikings left behind.
We can use these to help us ask questions about the Vikings in order to understand who they were and what they did during their lifetime.
