Our Eco-committee
In September 2021, our whole school became “The Green Team”. All adults and children in school are members of The Green Team and each class in Years 2,3,4,5 and 6 have 'Green team leaders' to represent them. Green Team Leaders share ideas and put actions into place to create a better environment.
They will also be responsible for leading the Eco actions and projects in our school, supported by Duty Bearers, Miss Cock and Mrs Ayres.
Children in Reception and Year 1 will also be included by having the opportunity to share their thoughts and ideas with the Green team leaders and to put actions into place.
- Our Pledge -
Our pledge during our term in office is toencourage everyone to walk to school, reduce single use plastic and the amount of litter around our school grounds. Remind people about saving energy and water.
We also pledge to support your Eco actions and learning.
