We are reading and analysing several texts that are similar to the folk tale, The Greenling. After gathering information form the narrative 'The Greenling', we will create our own innovated versions.

MATHS

As mathematicians, we will be solving problems that involve using our 3, 4 and 8 times tables and division related facts. We will also be looking at measurement.

As responsible citizens, we will be learning about the impact of bullying (including offline and online). We will also learn about the consequences of hurtful behaviour. 

MUSIC

As musicians, we will be exploring what stories some different types of music tell us about the past.

LOTC

We will using many opportunities to learn outside of the classroom across our curriculum. In addition to this, we will be welcoming a Christian visitor to the school as part of our RE learning. 

COMPUTING 

As digital experts we will writing programs to accomplish specific goals. This will involve designing a sequence of instructions, including directional instructions. 

PE

Gymnastics

As PE experts we will be demonstrating how to travel with control using 4 points of our bodies. We will also show balances with stillness and combine actions of travelling and balance.
