Rail Project Celebration
For our Engineering club in Summer Term 1, we made two different types of trains. We used our knowledge from the ‘Rail Project’ and worked in groups to create these models.
The first train was built with a breaking system. The aim was to get the train to stop at a certain distance.
The second train we built was more complex. With this train, we used wood to build the frame and built in a electrical circuit to make the train move forwards and backwards.
Our club of Engineers were lucky enough to have ‘Primary Engineer’ come into our school to test and celebrate our final outcomes.
