Fundamental Movement Skills

In FMS, we will be working hard to develop our running, hopping, skipping, jumping, throwing, catching, rolling, bouncing and kicking skills.

FMS: Zog & Supertato

In FMS, we will be working hard to develop our Fundamental Movement Skills. The skills we will be focusing on are: jumping and landing, bouncing with control and rolling a ball with accuracy through a target. We will also be working hard on our concentration skills and setting ourselves personal challenges.

Athletics

We will develop our Fundamental Movement Skills. We will be focusing on our overarm and underarm throwing and rolling skills, by exploring different activities to improve our distance and accuracy. We will also use various obstacles and courses to improve our running. We will demonstrate different speeds of running and change of direction to improve our agility. By demonstrating control and balance we will use a variety of equipment to help us improve our jumping.

Working hard on our underarm and over arm throwing for accuracy and distance! 🎯🎾
