For your warm up, choose two words from below and write a sentences that includes each of them as an 'ing' opening clause. If you need reminding of what an 'ing' opener is, look back at Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday's examples.

Read the definition of resilience below. In other words, its is when you is in a difficult situation and you overcome this situation showing toughness and hard work to get through it.
An example: You might be finding your Maths work hard in a lesson. You could show resilience by reading the question again and again until you completely understand it and are able to find the correct answer.
