Learning Challenge: 

  • To take part in mindfulness activities related to the 5 senses. 

 

What is Mindfulness? 

Mindfulness means paying full attention to something. It means slowing down to really notice what you're doing. Being mindful is the opposite of rushing or multitasking. When you're mindful, you're taking your time.

 

Challenge: Below are lots of mindfulness activities

1. Choose 5 activities that you would like you have a go at. 

2. Ask a family member or your family to have a go too. 

3. Which one is your favourite and why?

Don't forget to send pictures of your work to Miss Salkeld on Purple Mash. You can do this by sending an email.
