Last weeks amazing well-being work!

Learning Challenge:

  • To take part in a muscle relaxation activity to help relax your body. 

 

Today's Well-being activity is called: Muscle Relaxation.

 

You will: 

  1. Practice tensing and relaxing different muscles in the body.
  2. Recognise the difference between tensed and relaxed muscles.

 

Questions: 

  1. How do you feel after taking part in today's muscle relaxation activity?
  2. What was your favourite part of the activity and why? 
  3.  Will you take part in the activity again and why?
