How can you be kind to yourself?

 

We often think about how we can be kind to others and what effect our behaviour has on other people. Have you ever thought about how you can be kind to yourself? 

 

Challenge: 

  1. Using the hearts in the picture above, write down your own ideas about how you can be kind to yourself.  
  2. Some ideas have been given to start you off. 
  3. You can draw the hearts in your home learning book.
  4. Take a picture of your work and email it to Miss Salkeld on Purple Mash.
