Friendly February   it’s the month to showcase your very best self!

Be Kind to yourself school wellbeing website name, this is the month to extend your kinder self to everything and everyone around.

Random act of kindness is inspirational and motivational; it can leave a positive impact on your mood, increase life satisfaction and make a huge impact to the people who are at the receiving end of your GIVING!

Remember it doesn’t have to cost you anything!

Greeting and a smile, offering to make a brew, a phone call, clear snow or rubbish from the path of an elderly neighbour ……or just spending some time chatting!

Here are a few tips for this week for you to look at……..

  1. Organize a ‘virtual’ tea break.
  2. Thank some who may have made a difference to you.
  3. Show and active interest when listening to someone.
  4. Ask some on their wellbeing.
  5. Treat yourself to some spa time.
  6. Arrange a date to meet a friend that you haven’t seen for some time.
