Random act of kindness is inspirational and motivational; it can leave a positive impact on your mood, increase life satisfaction and make a huge impact to the people who are at the receiving end of your GIVING!
Remember it doesn’t have to cost you anything!
Greeting and a smile, offering to make a brew, a phone call, clear snow or rubbish from the path of an elderly neighbour ……or just spending some time chatting!
