Our new challenge is walking to school.

Walking to school can be that bonding time, it’s when your child feels proud to be walking alongside you, talking, and being reassured, which helps them face the challenges of the day ahead.

There are many good factors to walking.

1. it’s good for your heart.

2. Saving the environment from pollution, exhaust fumes and traffic congestion.

3. Connecting with your child.

And last but not least saving lives by avoiding unnecessary accidents.

Look at week 3 of Autumn in Be kind to Yourself on benefits of Walking.

We will end this week guided meditation on positive energy, relaxation and peace
