Week 1 Be kind to yourself

Hi folks! Another lockdown! As a community we are getting very good at managing these sudden changes to the way we have been living. Our families have shown great strength, coping mechanism and supper community spirit in the wake of this pandemic!

Stoneyholme School puts the wellbeing of our families as a priority. Balancing Work, home, life can all take it’s toll on your mental health. We understand the importance of inner peace and want to support our parents to ‘put themselves first’ and not let negative thoughts and stress of life bring you down during the lockdown.

In the coming weeks, our school will be posting links to videos, and tips on looking after your mental health and wellbeing. We will try to explore together tips on becoming Happy, Connecting with others, importance of being active, and the impact of giving.
