Have you ever wondered what it means to be part of a community? Many of us live in Stoneyholme or Daneshouse community. We all go to Stoneyholme Community Primary School. But what is a community?

So now we know that a community is a place where people live, work or play together. We know that we can be part of many communities. 

A community is where we BELONG.

In some communities, badges are used to show other people we have things in common and we all belong to the same group- like our school badge.

 

Instructions

Today you have two tasks:

  • write a list of all the communities you belong
  • design a badge for one of the communities
