Dear parents and carers,
I hope you and your loved ones are safe and well.
I am writing on behalf of the Governing Body of Stoneyholme Community Primary to share the outcome of the consultation regarding the changing of school session times.
The overwhelming majority of those who responded are in favour of changing the times to 8:30am (gates opening from 8:20) to 2:45pm, Monday to Friday. This change will come into force in September, allowing sufficient time for you to make any necessary arrangements.
Following the Government announcement yesterday evening regarding the delay of lifting of all restrictions, the Department for Education have informed all schools to continue to follow current risk assessments until this decision is reversed. Thank you for your continued support.
