Pip's journal
Pip has written two new sentences for his journal.
They are about one of his favourite things,
going out in the rain and splashing in puddles.
When he came in from the rain, Pip’s mum told him to
find a towel because he was dripping on the floor.
I got soaking wet in the rain.
Mum said ‘You need a towel now!

Reading instructions
Today you are going to read and follow the instructions
to make yourself a jam sandwich.
If you do not like jam, you can choose your
favourite filling instead.
How to make a jam sandwich
First put the butter on the bread.
Next put the jam on the bread.
Then put the bread together.
Now eat the sandwich.
Ask an adult to take a photo of you making your sandwich.
They can email it to me through Purple Mash or to your class teacher.
Then you are going to write the instructions
on how to make a jam sandwich on this 2do on Purple Mash.
