Discussion Questions
Are the numbers going up by 10 every time?
Can you see a backwards pattern?
Why is the last number has a different tens digit?

Using the base 10:-

1. Make 42 then add one more what will the number be?
2. Make 49 and take one away, what will the number be?

Let’s Learn

Your Turn

On the 100 square find other number patterns by colouring in the numbers. You can find different patterns using different sequences like counting in 2s, 5s and 10s.

Once you have found different patterns take a picture and upload it onto Seesaw. Use the microphone to say the number pattern and to explain it. E.g each time the tens is staying the same and it is going up in ones.
