We are going to carry on with our learning on measuring with centimetres today.
Let's look at today's problem.
How could we measure a curvy line.
Why this might be important and when it might be necessary?
(e.g. fitting a wire around a room, making a bracelet).
Use the string to make the curvy line then we can pull it straight to measure it.
If you are home see if you can find some cotton or a shoe lace to use.
Wow! They are the same length!
