We could use dienes.

Remember what we did yesterday?

First - partition     23          20       3

Then - multiply the ones by 4

Next - multiply the tens by 4

Finally - add the answers together.

What does the word 'product' mean?

Think carefully about what we have been learning.

Well  done, product means to multiply.

It just means   25 x 4
