Subordinating Conjunctions

We know that we can explain why things happen using 'because', 'so that' and 'if'.

 

Let's look at these examples:

 

Our tulips are growing because they have water, sunlight and air.

 

You need to wash your hands for 20 seconds so that you get rid of the germs.

 

We put our coats on if it is raining.
