Using Speech Punctuation
Task Five
When you use speech marks you need to remember the rule – new speaker, new line.
Look at the passage that I have uploaded to Seesaw. I’ve put in all the punctuation so make sure you copy that carefully. When you are editing the passage make sure that you put each new speaker on a new line.
