Today we are going to think about inventing our own story based on The Owl Who Was Afraid of the Dark.
We need to think of a new character instead of Plop the Owl. It could be:
The Shark Who Was Afraid of Seaweed
The Moth Who Was Afraid of Light
I'm sure you can think of many more amazing ideas.
Your task is to draw a story map for your invented story.
Remember it needs to:
- be in chronological order- based on the events in the original story
- include punctuation marks so you remember to use them in your writing
- only have pictures for main events, not every word.
If you are at home, draw the map in your Blended Learning book and send a picture of it to your teacher.
