Today we are going to learn a shortened version of the 'Shark in the Park' story.

Can you practise saying the new story?

Here is the story map.

Down at the park a little boy is testing out his brand new toy. Timothy Pope, Timothy Pope is looking through his telescope.

He looks at the sky and he looks at the ground. He looks left and right. He looks all around.

Tim thinks he sees a shark but it's only a cat.

Tim thinks he sees a shark but it's only a crow.

Tim thinks he sees a shark but it's only Dad's hair.

Tim says, 'It's safe to say, there are no sharks in the park today.'

However the ducks are feeling uncertain!

Here is Mrs Salha saying the new ‘Shark in the Park’ story with actions.
