Time Adverbials
Time adverbials tell us WHEN something happens. Authors use them to put events in time order.
Let's have a look at an example:
Before English, I sent a smiley face to my teacher.
So, the time adverbial is at the beginning of this sentence- Before English.
Let's have a look a different example:
The Little Billy Goat Gruff went first.
Well done if you noticed the time adverbial is at the end of the sentence this time- first.
