L.C. To understand the terms; root word, prefix and suffixes.
Last we looked at 'root words', 'suffixes' and 'prefixes'.
On the template for English on Purple mash write down what a root word means, what a prefixes are and what suffixes are.
Now look at the following table. We have a list of prefixes, suffixes and the root word 'Read'. Have a think which prefixes or suffixes could you add to the root word to make a new word. You need to come up with at least 2. Once you have created a new word using the space on the 2do on Purple mash write 2 sentences that includes some of your new words.
