When we write stories, and we learn them off-by-heart, we use a story map to help us remember events in order.

 

Today, we are going to use a writing skeleton for explanations to help us remember the food chain we have been learning without all the words.

 

Write the date in your book then draw the boxes below.

In each box, draw the picture of the food chain we have been learning. Label each drawing with the technical vocabulary from the text.

 

When you have finished, email a picture of your work to your teacher.

In the first box, draw the Sun and a plant and write the word Producer.
