In order to live a healthy lifestyle, we need to follow the hygiene routines that we discussed last half term. This includes keeping fit and healthy outside where we can be. 

There are many health benefits to physical activity.

Task - Design a speaking presentation to give to Year 3 pupils showing them how to

- stay safe in the sun
