Shavuot is when Jewish people remember receiving the Ten Commandments.
The commandments remind people how to live a good life:
- Be respectful
- Be honest
- Be kind
- Be thankful
This celebration helps people remember what really matters.
Reflection:
Think quietly: Why is it important to remember rules and values?
Discussion:
Talk with a partner: Which commandment still matters most today—and why?
