LC: To navigate texts using contents pages, in order to locate and retrieve information on screen.

 

Teacher Model: 

Using a contents page on Screen is slightly different, You can use the headings on the side which work as a hyperlink to another page. So instead of turning pages in a book you could click on the word which will take you to where you can find the information you are looking for.

 

For example on BBC Bitesize there is a link on the side which will take you to another page or to the information you need.

I will show you how to use this one to find information for the questions below.
