Disputes
Disputes can be caused by lots of things.
Some of them include:
Stubbornness – refusing to see things from someone else’s point of view
Past arguments that haven’t been sorted out
How can disputes make us feel?
What could we do if we feel angry or upset?
Resolving Disputes
The main thing that resolves disputes is open and honest communication.
Communication is key to resolving conflicts with a friend. It's important to express your thoughts and feelings in a calm and respectful manner. Avoid using accusatory language or attacking your friend, as this can escalate the conflict further.
