While we are reading the words, think about the sound it is making at the end of each word.

With your talk partners, use one of the 'y' words above and make a sentence!

We are going to be reading 'Jack and the beanstalk'.

While we are reading I want you to listen out for any unfamiliar vocabulary that you have never heard of before or a word you might not know the meaning of!

If you hear any unfamiliar vocabulary while we are reading put your hand up and I will add it to our learning wall!
