Thursday

To be able to read and write all numbers to 10 in numerals and in words. To be able to categorise and count objects only with the same name in a group.

Lets use our phonics to write the amount of objects we can see in the picture!

Lets watch this video to help us with our work!

Now it is your turn to complete pages 7-10 in your maths no problem books!

Remember to use your phonics fingers to help you with your spellings.

To orally plan and rehearse ideas.

Today it's your turn to use the rhyming couplets you have created over the last few days to invent a poem of your own.

We will still use the structure of the original poem, but change the rhyming words.

 Example:

Hickory Dickory dog

the mouse fell off a log

it broke in two

he lost his shoe

Hickory Dickory dog

Your teacher is going to model how to write this poem, tomorrow its your turn to write!
