The Holy Spirit is God, just like God the Father and Jesus the Son. Christians believe that God is three persons in one – this is called the Trinity:

1. God the Father

2. God the Son (Jesus)

3. God the Holy Spirit  

The Holy Spirit is invisible but very powerful.

He helps people:

• feel close to God

• make good choices

• feel peaceful, kind, and loving

• understand what God wants them to do
